Day 99 - Nutrient Dense Whole Organic Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water
Morning Drink - Coconut Water

lunchtime food -  Salmon Leek Boats with Sprouts
Good brand Canned Salmon (no salt, wild caught)
Organic Leek
Organic Parsley (chopped in)
Organic Mayo (Good natural brand)
Organic Broccoli Sprouts (to top it off)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Afternoon Drink - Spinach Cran Protein Shake
Organic Spinach
Organic Fresh Cranberries
Organic Banana
Organic Goatien Powder (Garden of Life)
*Blend in Vitamix.
 
 
Afternoon Food - Handful of Organic Macadamia Nuts
 
Dinnertime Drink - Green Cran Detox Blast
Organic Parsley
Organic Cranberries
Organic Broccoli Stems
Organic Spinach
Organic Lemon
Organic Turmeric
*Juice
 
 
 
 
Dinnertime Meal  - Broccoli and Chicken Squash Sauce Casserole
 
Left Over Organic Pumpkin, Squash, Apple Soup (Recipe day 68)
Head Organic Brocoli
Organic Cooked Chicken (sliced or cubed)
*Stir and coat well with Squash sauce.  Cook in oven. 350 for half hour.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Dessert - Organic Healthy Peanut Butter Quinoa Protein Squares
Organic Natural Peanut Butter
Organic Quinoa (popped)
Organic Shredded Coconut
A tsp Coconut oil
Raisins if you want.  Holds better without them, but my kids like them.
*Mix together well.  Use hands to kneed or food processor for a few pulses.
*Press down hard in pan. Put in freezer.   Let set for half hour.   Take out, cut, and serve immediately.
