Morning Food - Organic Poached Eggs and Organic Avacado

mid-morning food - Organic Banana with Organic raw almond butter


Lunchtime drink - NA

lunchtime food - Nacho's with raw cheddar.  Topped with organic tomatoes, guacamole, and organic Salsa.





Afternoon Drink - Filtered spring water

Afternoon Food - Grapefruit


Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Organic Squash soup with organic potato, and organic chicken.



Evening Drink - Carrot Coconut Juice

Organic Coconut water
