Day 95 - Nutrient Dense Organic Whole Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Green Vegetable Blast
Organic Spinach
Organic Celery
Organic Romaine
Organic Frozen Wheatgrass pucks.
*Juice, serve cold







Morning Food - Organic Brazil Nuts, Almonds

Lunchtime drink - Water

lunchtime food - Organic Toasted Super Coconut Cereal with chocolate almond milk
Organic Toasted Coconut Flakes
Organic Raw Pumpkin Seeds
Organic Raw Hemp Seeds
Organic Raw Chia Seeds
*Stir together and add milk.

Chocolate Almond Milk
1 tbsp organic raw almond butter
1 organic madjool date
1/2 tsp organic raw cocoa
1/2 cup filtered spring water
*Blend in vitamix, chill, pour over cereal

Dinnertime Drink

Dinnertime Meal - Organic Portabello Planet with Sweet Potato Spiral
Organic Wild Rice (cooked until tender)
Organic Portabello Mushrooms (grilled, no oil on panini press)
Organic Spinach (lightly Steamed)
Organic Red Pepper (raw, chopped)
Organic Artichoke bean hummus (see recipe day 92)
Organic Onion (Baked)
Organic Garlic (Baked)
Organic Sweet Potatoes (baked)
Garlic Powder
Pink Salt
 
*Cook rice until tender)
*Grill Portabello Mushrooms
*Cut Sweet potatoes with apple spiral cutter (bake with onions and garlic, garlic powder and salt in oven until ready)
 *Assembly: Grilled Mushroom, topped with hummus, spinach, and red peppers, onions and garlic.  Sweet potatoes and extra on side.
















  
Evening Drink - Apple Cider Ginger Turmeric Blast
Homemade Organic Apple Cider (Apples, cinnamon, cloves)
Ginger (Small piece)
Turmeric (Small piece)
*Blend in vitamix
