Day 87 - Nutrient Dense Organic Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Vegetable Morning Juice
Organic Celery
Organic Cucumber
Organic Zucchini
Organic Kale
Organic Romaine
*Juice and serve Cold



Morning Food - Organic homemade Apple Sauce
(see recipe day79)


Mid-morning drink - NA 

mid-morning food - Amaranth Coconut Porridge
Organic Amaranth
Organic Coconut Milk
Organic Filtered Water
Organic Cinnamon
*Cook on Stove for about 10 minutes
*Top with bee pollen, organic kiwi, organic almond slices.  Enjoy.
















Lunchtime drink - Water


lunchtime food - Bean hummus with quinoa crackers / Lettuce Tomato and Humus bite
Organic Quinoa Crackers (store bought)
Organic Lettuce
Organic Tomato
Organic Bean Hummus





Bean Hummus Recipe
Can Organic Navy Beans
2 tbsp Tahini
1 Organic Lemon (juiced)
Organic Cumin
Organic Garlic Powder
Pink Salt
 *Blend until very creamy in food processor.  SO GOOD!

Afternoon Food - Organic Cauliflower Bean Dip with Homemade Juice Pulp Crackers



Organic Juice Pulp Cracker Recipe
Left over Juice pulp from morning Juice
Organic Superseed (Garden of Life)
Organic Flaxseeds
Organic Hemp Seeds
Organic Chia Seeds
Organic Flaxseed Powder
1/2 cup Organic Coconut Flour
Organic Dried Garden Rosemary (cut into bowl)
Pint Salt
Organic Garlic Powder
*Blend together briefly in food processor (you can just stir together if you want, but food processor make dough better)
*Spread and roll out into a thin layer. Score with pizza cutter.
*Dehydrate for best results. (8 hours)
*Can cook at lowest temperate in oven for an hour if not, to desired texture.


























Organic Cauliflower Bean Dip
Organic Cauliflower
Organic Onion
Organic Garlic (A few cloves)
Left over bean hummus (see recipe above)
*Bake or Steam Cauliflower, Onions, and Garlic until soft and tender
*Add left over bean dip and blend everything in food processor.
*Add more Lemon Juice and Pink Salt
*Serve Cold


 
 


 
 

 
Dinnertime Drink - Filtered Spring Water

Dinnertime Meal - Organic Zucchini Cauliflower Alfredo
Organic Zucchini (Spiralized)
Organic Spinach (Chopped)
Organic Olives (Add to top)
Organic Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce


Organic Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce
Organic Cauliflower Dip (See Recipe Above)
1/2 Cup organic Coconut Milk
1 tsp Organic Raw Mushroom Blend Powder (David Wolfe)
Filtered water if you need to thin down a bit.
*Blend in Vitamix.  Serve over noodles. 









 





For my fussier eaters.  Same sauce over whole wheat macaroni noodles.
