Day 89 - Nutrient Dense Organic Foods from the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Warm water with organic lemon (1 whole juiced)

Morning Food - Soft boiled egg
1 organic free range local free range egg (soft boiled)



Mid-morning drink
Organic Decaf Green Tea
Raw Vegan Protein Powder (Garden of Life)
Organic Spinach
Organic frozen mixed berries
*Blend and serve cold

Lunchtime drink - Organic Vegetable Juice
Organic Mixed Carrots
Organic Celery
Organic Kale
Organic Cucumber
*Juice and serve Cold

Afternoon Drink - Chilled Organic decaf Green Tea with Lemon


Afternoon Drink #2 - Organic Coconut Protein Shake
Organic Thai Young Coconut (Water and Meat)
Organic Goatein Powder (Garden of Life)
*Blend and serve cold




Afternoon Food - Organic Healthy Fruit Roll Up and a Handful of Organic Brazil Nuts



Organic Fruit Leather
(I was making fruit roll up for my kids and of course indulged in one myself)
Organic Applesauce (Homemade)
Organic Frozen Berries
*Blend on high until smooth.  Pour onto dehydrator sheets and dehydrate for 4-8 hours.  
*If cooking in oven, at lowest temperature for a few hours (On parchment paper).
*Peel off and cut with pizza cutter and roll up.












Dinnertime Drink - Filtered Spring Water
