Day 84 - Nutrient Dense whole foods from the earth - Halloween

Note: Although this was all REAL ORGANIC FOOD, it was heavy in natural sugar and cheese, which I do not consider optimal.  Still, it was a successful healthy treat day for Halloween. 

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Water

Morning Food -  Healthy Halloween Candy Corn
Organic Oranges
Organic Pineapple
Organic Yogurt mixed with raw honey
*Layer and serve in a pumpkin face cup.














Mid-morning drink - NA

mid-morning food - Organic Egg with Ezekiel Toast
Organic Free Range Local Egg
Ezekiel Toast, plain
 
 

Lunchtime drink - Organic Green Monster Juice
Organic Spinach
Organic Cucumber
Organic Romaine
Organic Green Pepper
*Juice and serve cold


lunchtime food -  Special snack for the kids
Organic grapes.  (No regular crackers and regular cheese for me, it was for the kids).
Healthy Candy apple (See recipe day 81)





Afternoon Drink - Hot Apple Cider
Organic Apples (Peeled)
Filtered Spring Water
*Blend in vitamix in two batches.   Boil on stove for an hour with Organic Cinnamon Stick.  Add 1 tbsp organic honey
* Strain and serve warm (Keep the strained apple mush to use as apple sauce)




 

Afternoon Food - Healthy Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies
Left over batter from Snickers Nougat (see recipe day 82). 
Organic Raisins
Organic Dark Chocolate Chips
Dehydrate for 6 hours or bake at 350 for 15 minutes
 

 



Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Halloween Pizza's and Halloween Nacho Dip with homemade chocolate treats



TO NOTE: This meal is a bit of an indulgence and I'm glad Halloween is over, yet I did my best to keep it HEALTHY and all REAL FOOD and succeeded fairly well.  The Pizza for the kids was made with regular cheese and regular English muffins as a treat.   For myself, it was made on Organic Corn Wrap and used organic raw milk cheese.

Organic Corn Wrap
Organic Tomato Sauce
Organic Raw milk cheddar
Organic Olives as eyes
Organic Spinach chopped as hair
Organic Tomato cut as mouth

(For the kids, I used regular ingredients as a treat for them since they indulge me every other day of the year. I made Mummy and jackolantern Pizza's for them.)

Organic homemade salsa layer
Organic Raw Milk Cheddar Cheese layer (grated)
Organic Guacamole Layer
Organic Yogurt (as spider web design)
Organic Olive as spider



Bean Layer
Organic Black beans
Organic Pinto Beans
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 lemon (Juiced)
Pink Salt
Oranic Chili Powder
*Blend in vitamix.  Add small bit of filtered water, just enough to help mix.
*Layer the bottom on the round pan.

 



 
Homemade Organic Salsa Layer
(See Day    for recipe)
Organic Raw Cheddar Layer


Organic Guacamole Layer
3 ripe avocados
Garlic Clove (crushed)
Pint Salt
1/2 lemon (Juiced).  I used organic pure lemon juice because I ran out of lemons.
*Blend in vitamix
 

 
Organic Yogurt
Put in ziplock bag, cut tip very small and squirt through
 


Serve with organic black nacho chips in Halloween bucket.  ENJOY!
