2 organic free range eggs (poached)
Left Over Halloween Nacho Dip (See recipe day 84)

lunchtime food - Tuna on Organic Romaine topped with tomato


Afternoon Drink - Fresh Vegetable Juice
Organic Kale
Organic Carrots
Organic Beets
Organic Cucumber
Organic Celery
*Juice and serve cold.

Dinnertime Meal - Organic Brown Rice and Steamed Vegetables
