Morning Drink - Vegetable Juice (left over from Day 87)

Morning Food - organic Yogurt with homemade applesauce and cinnamon



Mid-morning drink - Coconut Water (from the shell)

mid-morning food  - Thia young coconut meat






Lunchtime drink - Water

lunchtime food - Handful of Organic Almonds / An Organic Orange.




Afternoon Drink - Filtered water mixed with Ashwaganda root powder


Afternoon Food - Homemade Organic Juice Pulp Cracker with Cauliflower Hummus

Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal -  Organic Autumn Harvest Soup

Evening Drink - Organic Proteen Shake
Organic Frozen mixed berries
Organic DECAF Green Tea (Chilled)
Organic Spinach
Organic Raw Protein Powder (Garden of Life)
*Blend, serve cold





Evening Meal - Sea Snacks (seeweed) and Organic Pomegrante Seeds
