organic raspberries
Organic wheat grass
organic spirulina
*Blend in vitamix, serve cold.


Morning Food - Organic Apple

Mid-morning drink - NA

mid-morning food - NA

Lunchtime drink - Juice from a local juice bar
Carrot
Celery
Beats
Ginger


lunchtime food - Quinoa Mediterranean Salad
Quinoa
Mixed Greens
Cucumber
Tomato
Olives
Feta
Balsamic dressing


Afternoon Drink - Water

Afternoon Food - Granola bar from health food store
Raw Nuts and Seeds
Raw Honey


Dinnertime Drink - Water 

Dinnertime Meal - Organic Stew
Organic Mashed Potatoes (plain)
Organic Homemade Turkey Tomato Cabbage Soup
Organic Broccoli
Organic Spinach
*Throw potatoes and greens in with left over soup to turn it into stew.


Evening Drink - Apple Detox
Homemade Organic Apple Cider (Apples, cinnamon, cloves)
Ginger
Turmeric
*Blend together in vitamix.  Enjoy warm or cold

Evening Meal - Organic Cereal
Toasted Coconut Flakes
Ezekiel Cereal grains (Store bought)
Handful organic Gogi Berries
Homemade Coconut sunflower milk (Coconut sunflower seeds, blended in vitamix)
