Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Filtered Spring Water

Morning Food - Organic Eggs on sautéed greens
Organic Free Range Eggs (Lightly Poached)
Organic Spinach
Organic Onion
Organic Garlic
*Sautéed bed of greens.  Top with Poached Eggs



Mid-morning drink - Organic V3
Organic celery
organic mixed carrots
organic cucumber
*juice, serve cold

lunchtime food - Artichoke Bean Hummus With Appetizers

Artichoke Bean Hummus
1 can organic chick peas (rinsed well)
1 can organic Navy beans (Rinsed well)
1 can organic Artichoke
1 lemon (juiced)
3 cloves garlic
Pink Salt
3 tbsp. Tahini
1 tbsp. Cumin
1/4 Cup filtered Spring Water
*Blend in Food Processor until creamy.  5 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil to serve.
