Day 90 - Nutrient Dense Organic Whole Foods From the Earth

Upon Waking - Drink pint Glass of Water

Morning Drink - Organic Thai Young Coconut and Blackberries
Pour Blackberries inside bowl.  Eat with Spoon scraping out meat as you go.

Lunchtime drink - Super Power Pumpkin Protien Smoothie
1 Can organic Pumpkin
1 scoop organic Goatien Powder (Garden of Life)
Handful of Organic Pumpkin Seeds
Handful of Organic Brazil Nuts
1 Raw Egg yolk (Organic Free Range)
1 tsp Flaxseed Oil
Organic Cinamon
*Blend in Vitamix.  Serve over ICE.   If you like it sweeter, add organic honey or Organic Madjool date

Organic Cucumber
Organic Spinach
Organic Pepper
*Juice and serve cold
