One large scoop goatein powder
Organic Cinnamon
Organic Vanilla bean.  Thumb nail size
Organic Chia seeds
*Blend in vitamix
 
Morning Food - NA

Mid-morning drink - Coconut Water

Lunchtime drink - Water

lunchtime food - Ezikel bread (Lightly Toasted), Topped with Artichoke Hummus, and broccoli sprouts.  (Forgot to take picture)

Afternoon Drink - NA

Afternoon Food - An Organic Apple

Dinnertime Drink - Water

Dinnertime Meal - Organic Vegan Sheppards Pie (Previously frozen)
