Morning Food - Organic Rice with Cinnamon, apple sauce, and pumpkin puree
Organic Basamatti  rice
Organic Cinnamon
Organic Homemade Apple Sauce
Organic  pumpkin puree
Stir together and eat like oatmeal

Dinnertime Meal - Spaghetti Squash with marinara sauce
Organic Spaghetti Squash (Cooked in crock pot.  Cut and shred it with a fork to resemble pasta)
Organic Marinara sauce on top.
*Serve and enjoy this simple meal.
 
 

Dessert: Healthy Snickers bars.  WHAT???!
Well, of course you don't want to get carried away.  One is all you need to satisfy the Halloween craving and stay on track.  (The last of the Halloween Candy prep with the kids. I am glad it is over.  This may be Healthy food for a special treat, but I need to get back to the real food that HEALS and FUELS our cells.)
 
Nougat
1 cup organic cashews (Soaked rinsed well)
1/2 cup organic macadamia nuts (Soaked and rinsed) 
1/4 cup of organic coconut flour (or almond flour)
2 organic madjool dates 
1 tbsp organic raw coconut nectar or raw honey
1 tsp Organic raw coconut oil
1/2 inch of organic vanilla bean
Pink Salt
*Blend in food processor until dough forms.   Form bottom layer with hands. Refrigerate.
 
Caramel
12 organic madjool dates
1/2 cup filtered spring water
1/4 cup organic raw honey or raw coconut nectar
*Blend in vitamix until warm and runny. Combine with peanuts and set ontop of bottoms.  Freeze. Dip the bars into raw chocolate.  Store in fridge until ready to eat.

*Assemble and slice into sushi pieces.

Dessert - 1 Slice:  Healthy Ooey Gooey Carmel Chocolate Apple Slices
 (In honor of Halloween week, I made healthy CANDLE apples with my kids for them to eat.   These are the left over slices as dessert.)
 

Healthy Candy Apples recipe
(Made with my kids that are actually good for them!)
6-8 Organic Apples
Organic Almond Slices (To decorate)
Organic dark Chocolate Chips (71% cacao) (to decorate)
Healthy 'Carmel' Sauce
Organic Madjool Dates - Around 15
Handful Organic Cashews
1 tsp Organic Raw coconut nectar
Pinch Pink Salt
Organic Cinnamon (Pinch)
1 tsp Raw honey
1/2 inch Organic vanilla bean
1 tbsp. Organic Raw Coconut Oil
*Blend in food processor until warm and creamy.   Spread over apples.   Then decorate and refrigerate.  Eat within a few days.



















 
  
Evening Drink -
2 organic lemons (juiced)
1 tbslp royal jelly
2 small slices ginger
Filtered spring water
*Blend in vitamix.  Serve hot or cold.
